The Real Time Web Series is going from strength to strength and is back with its eighth episode. Taking place in New York City, our boy MAST TGE GFR IMOK is the featured artist for numero eight, sitting down with ASKEW to talk history, influences, inspiration, style and process – while creating a piece in real time using Sugar Artists’ Acrylic.

Mode’s illustration, character work and his whole contribution to the graffiti scene left a profound impact on me. It was stuff that I didn’t get to see in person till many years later but just seeing his work in Spraycan Art was amazing. The Real Time Web Series is a video project that showcases past and present graffiti writers from around the world. The series presents the writer’s real time working process, from start to finish, accompanied by a narration of answers to questions that have been created by an online audience.
