What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal Pay in 4. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us via our contact page and we’ll do our best to make changes. Please note that orders are dispatched quickly, so we may not see your request before your order is on its way. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
A colour or product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
We restock products every 4–6 weeks. If a spray paint colour isn’t showing in the colour selector, it’s temporarily out of stock and will return with the next restock.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, due to dangerous goods regulations, aerosol products (spray paint) can only be shipped to Australian addresses. Non-aerosol products (apparel, caps/ nozzles, markers, publications, art supplies, accessories) are available for international delivery.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?
Yes, non-aerosol orders (markers, publications, accessories) can be delivered to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We cannot ship aerosol products (spray paint, caps) to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to dangerous goods handling requirements.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on your delivery address and order weight. Rates are displayed before you complete your purchase. If no rates display, please email us for help.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your location. For specific delivery enquiries, please contact us.
Who delivers my order?
- Non-aerosol orders (caps, markers, publications, accessories, apparel): Australia Post
- Aerosol orders (spray paint, caps): Road courier (aerosol products cannot be sent via air freight)
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and SMS) with a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please email us first to arrange.
What if my order arrives damaged or a product is faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (or photos and description of the issue). We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are typically processed within 2–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Are Ironlak spray paints suitable for all surfaces?
Ironlak Acrylic Spray Paint is a versatile, fast-drying acrylic formula that adheres to most surfaces including canvas, wood, metal, concrete, and more. For best results on unusual surfaces, we recommend testing a small area first.
What’s the difference between your marker types?
- Paint Markers (1mm, 3mm, 7mm): Opaque, permanent paint-filled markers for bold lines and lettering on most surfaces.
- Strikers Graphic Markers: Alcohol-based, blendable ink markers designed for illustration, design rendering, and studio work on paper surfaces. Available in broad and brush tip.
Are your products safe?
Ironlak Acrylic Spray Paint complies with the Australian Industrial Chemicals Act, European REACH regulations, and ASTM D-4236 (US). Our formula does not contain CFCs, toluene, benzene, xylene, lead, or any other heavy metals. Always use spray paint in a well-ventilated area and wear a quality mask.

I’d like to stock Ironlak products. How do I become a retailer?
We work with retailers and distributors across Australia and internationally. For wholesale enquiries, please contact us and ask about trade accounts.
Do you offer OEM or white-label manufacturing?
