PIGMENTO | “Fortitudo mea in Coloris” (Video) Recap – Carrara, Italy.

Here’s a recap of “Fortitudo mea in Coloris” meaning “My strength is in Colours,” an event held in the city of Carrara, Italy on the 30th and 31st of July, 2011.

“The theme of their work was the (city’s) culture since the wall is near a school and a football field, a center of aggregation for young people. In this way we tried to pass on some meaning to the youth through the painting of this wall. We had a very good response from people who appreciated the work despite it being such a small city and not so used to street art. The wall is in a good position, close to the main street and the painted surface is 4m. high and 35m in length. It was crazy day and a good time.” –Virginia Bertani of Pigmento.

Participating artists: 108 NERO, EL GATO CHIMNEY, ORTICANOODLES, NEVE, MISTER G, SANTY, ZIBE and CRISTIAN SONDA.
