November has been a busy month in Coffs Harbour with the second annual November Reign mural festival kicking off earlier in the month thanks to Open Studio. In addition to the main wall painted by SNARL, BASIX, George Rose, Otis Carey and PHIBS – the first weekend saw a mix of artists from around Australia, descend upon the Mid North Coast to bless the community with new public murals.
