Oz Hip Hop pioneers, Def Wish Cast, have returned with force! The “Evolution Machine” Album Launch Tour kicks off tomorrow night, Friday May 25 in Sydney.
Their upcoming album, “Evolution Machine”, has already delivered two hit singles. Their first single “Dun Proppa” was an instant hit on Triple J, followed up with the latest smash, “Forever”, proving that the band are as relevant in 2012’s hip hop landscape as they were in 1992.
In celebration of the release of their 20th Anniversary Album, “Evolution Machine”, Def Wish Cast is hitting the road for a national tour of epic proportions! Expect to be brought back in time as DWC hit you off with a Bboy Jam, Art Exhibition, and live showcase of their incredible 20 year career!
We are currently searching the country for the most talented visual artists, to submit a Def Wish Cast inspired work which will be displayed at the shows and later auctioned off for charity. The submitted works can be delivered in any chosen medium – graffiti, painted canvases, framed photography, prints, sculptures, jewelry, clothing, multimedia, and more!
