The B–Line Killers was formed loosely in 1995 by a small breakaway group from Brisbane’s notorious THC crew. Namely REALS, DCIDE, BORE, DEOHE, and ACHE, and a few others that have come and gone over the years.
TBK take their name from the train line they all grew up on – the Beenleigh Line, or B-Line for short. And ‘Killers’? well, work it out, mate.
BORE breaks it down:
“Strong mateship and a common passion for trackside burners, PJ Super Milds, and hydro had the seed securely planted. Inductions of a few major league recruits in the early 2000s kept the line in safe hands ’til old age caught up to us.”
“For this joint, we wanted to step away from the traditional crew jam line-up videos. Try mix it up a little, as well as giving us a challenge from the norm. REALS designed the blueprint, so we were off to a good start from the get-go. The boys down at Ironlak caught wind and, as always, were more than happy to throw a few boxes of the city’s finest our way.”
“Next was to find four good day spots across the city. With measurements and a plan to be able to stitch up the photos of four joints into one bangin’ join-up. Fingers crossed anyway.” –BORE TBK
