It’s upgrade time! We are currently in the process of relocating our Australian warehouse to a new site. As you can imagine it is a big operation and so to ensure a smooth transfer our online store will see a temporary change in shipping and service times for ironlak.com orders.
You are welcome to continue to place orders however the following will apply
- Orders for Ironlak T-shirts will ship as normal via our supply partner
- Orders for Ironlak art materials including aerosols will ship after the 23rd of November
- Orders for non Ironlak branded products will ship after the 23rd of November
Orders placed on or before midday Australian Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday 20 October will not be impacted by the relocation and will ship subject to regular time frames.
Ironlak wholesale customers you may be on this page as a result of visiting our wholesale portal login page. We expect to be shipping wholesale orders sooner than the 14th of November. The login page will be reactivated as soon as we are setup to dispatch again.
All crew will be out on the warehouse floor picking and packing with very limited time at our computers. Based on this please be aware that there may be an extended waiting period for responses to customer services inquiries.
