MAST gave us the quick scoop on his recent road trip with JEDI, here’s a few words from the man himself.
“Jedi and I started off in Minneapolis for a few days linking up with Stalk and River. We painted a bunch in the local Minneapolis area then travelled out to New Ulm to rock out the larger grey wall with the polka dots in the background. After a few days in town we then headed out to Detroit Lakes Minnesota and then to Callaway, Minnesota where we spent some time on a Native American reservation of the Ojibwa Tribe. There we worked on the mural for the “Love Water not Oil” and “Wolves lives matter” causes. The small town, Callaway, has a population of 225. Definitely the most rural place I have ever been and definitely the first piece of real graffiti the town has ever seen on a wall. They do have the luxury of seeing tons of freights roll by day in and day out, going to and from Canada. It was an awesome trip” – MAST.
