The annual ILL-Logic art exhibition returned to Chapel Street, Fitzroy on Thursday night, which showcased street artists Itch, Flake, Sex Panther, Rick Sweden and Taylor White, as well as 16 mm projections and video-mapping from Paul Rodgers and Charlotte McDonald.
200+ art lovers were treated to hip hop tunes, Grolsch beer, Gypsy Pear cider and Emma & Toms Juices. The night kicked on with punters mingling and checking out the artworks on display. Rick Sweden’s ‘The Battle for Flinders Street’ which was hung on the wall of the newly opened Juddy Roller Café, created quite the stir with its remarkable detail and engrossing scene.
Enjoy the pieces in person anytime at the corner of Johnston Street and Chapel Street, and come check out Rick’s piece and have a coffee and lunch at the Juddy Roller from Monday to Saturday between 9am-4 pm.
