BONZAI’s solo show “Breaking Traditions” opened on October 14th at Weapon of Choice Gallery in Bristol, UK.
Here’s a recap of the buildup and opening night of the show.
“With the flyers being handed out and only a matter of days until the opening, I thought it may be a good time to knuckle down and get the work done for the show. First stop was Graphotism, and after a good chat over a few cups of tea with Julio I’d picked my Ironlak colours. We have been blessed with a rare mini heat wave in UK over the past week, so I was able to leave the studio and work outside….
“With the work on the walls and the beers in the fridge, it’s time to go and get some food, chill and wait…..
“The opening night was heaving, everyone seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the work on show and a couple of canvases have sold, so thanks for the support Ironlak!” –Bonzai.
