Summer was in full swing when we arrived in Perth. It was fucking hot, the flies were buzzing, the dust was blowing and the beer was certainly the best way to cool down. The locals hooked in like troopers and got the job done well before the sun went down, which left plenty more time for a beer and a laugh.
Thanks to Aimee and Drew at The Butcher Shop for all the help getting this year’s BBQ off the ground.
