“I just directed this video recently (‘making of’ posted above) – it was my first real hard out commercial job which was really interesting. BNZ commissioned a new version of Scribes track Not Many and sent us down to Christchurch to shoot portraits of people that have endured so much through the last year and also we shot within the Redzone. The video came out really cool and the sales from the track are going to Christchurch Plunket which is so awesome.

There’s a lot more I will say about the whole experience – especially going into the redzone when I get a bit longer on a computer (traveling right now) but it was overwhelming. Generally though it was heartening to see the spirit of the people down there in spite of the uncertainty, stress and great losses they have suffered.”-Askew.
